To ensure accurate quotes and to prevent unexpected changes down the line, all projects, monthly and one time cleanups, begin with a detailed Diagnostic Financial Health Review with a tangible report that is yours to keep no matter what you decide.

• Ongoing monthly bookkeeping support starts at $400/month. Final pricing is based on complexity, volume, and requested services. A monthly engagement always includes the following:

  • categorization of all expenses and deposits

  • monthly reconciliation of bank, cc and loan accounts, and delivered reports with Visual Dashboards and Key Recommendation findings to help you grow

  • tax-ready books for your CPA or tax preparer and my direct communication with them

  • quarterly meetings and twice per year recorded video deep-dive analysis into your Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss

  • Invoicing, 1099 preparation, and A/R or A/P services are also available for request

• Diagnostic Financial Health Review starts at $500 and is partially credited toward further engagements. You will receive a detailed analysis that moves your business forward whether or not you pursue further engagements with us, and shows you what steps need to be taken for tax-ready books. This step saves you time and money and ensures we both know exactly what to expect

• Competitive Analysis & Pricing Review starts at $750. It helps to have clean Profit & Loss reports for this offer. You will receive a full report with analysis of where you align with your competition and pricing suggestions for your offers/services/products

• Bookkeeping Cleanups start at $1200. Multiple year cleanups start at $1200 for the first year and $800 for each additional year. Final pricing is based on condition and complexity of your books

• Small Business Systems & Workflow Support (Operations Consulting) starts at $1500 for Small Business Owners

• Additional advisory and strategic support services for bookkeeping clients are customized to your needs. Please inquire to discuss your project and pricing
